Impact Statement At WRHN our 500 plus volunteers have an important role to play in creating a positive patient and caregiver experience. Our goal is to ensure a positive volunteer experience that is engaging and rewarding.

Description The purpose of this role is to assist patients and their caregivers in our Cardiac program with: Greeting patients after registration to confirm they are in the correct location Way finding to the correct Cardiac unit Communicate and collaboration with volunteers, staff and patient's caregivers to ensure a smooth transition between registration and intake of the patient.

Training Details: Virtual orientation to the WRHN volunteer program and in person training for your specific volunteer role. Time Commitment
Duration: 7 - 12 months Weekday - Daytime We are looking for individuals at our Queens Blvd site who can commit to one shift per week for a minimum of 8 months. Available shifts are 6:30-9:30am or 9:30-12:30 each weekday.
