Impact Statement Special Olympics is founded on the belief that people with intellectual disabilities can, with proper instruction and encouragement, learn, enjoy and benefit from participation in individual and team sports.
|
|
|
Description Assist in developing a powerlifting training plan for Special Olympic athletes and teach proper powerlifting techniques in each of the three powerlifts; squat, benchpress and deadlift. An understanding of effective powerlifting training processes, activities and equipment would be an asset.

Training Details: Head Coach will give an orientation session to all new volunteers Working Conditions: Indoor, Gym Transportation: On a bus route

Duration: 7 - 12 months Weekday - Evening Tuesdays from 6:45 - 7:45
