   About the Position

Impact Statement
Providing a variety of recreational, environmental and cultural activities in addition to social support services.

Description
Drive clients safely to and from the Community Dining Lunch Program located at the Waterloo Recreation Complex, Community Pavilion.

Clients are older adults or adults with a disability who live in Waterloo.

Volunteer drivers must:

-be able to commit for one year (preferred)

-be available every Tuesday or Thursday from 11am to 1:30pm
-be a friendly, dependable adult 21 or older with great communication skills
-have a valid MTO class G driver's licence for a minimum 4 years, safe driving record, be fully insured, have a reliable vehicle and access to a smart phone
-meet screening requirements
-mileage is reimbursed

Training Details: Provided by staff
Working Conditions: Volunteers transport clients in their personal vehicle.

Duration: 1 year or more
Weekday - Daytime
Every Tuesday OR Thursday from 11am to 1:30pm
